We want you to love your gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

What we’ll refund

Every collection has its irregularities, but these aren’t the charming kind:

• Items sent incorrectly. Wrong creature, wrong size, wrong everything.
• Damaged or defective products. Anything that arrived in poorer condition than it deserves.

How long you have

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase date.

How to request a refund

Write to us at oddnaturesociety@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. A photo is necessary if something arrived damaged. No need for a detailed field report, just the essentials.

Caring for your specimen

For the longest life from your gear, please follow the washing and care instructions provided with your purchase. Even the hardiest creatures appreciate proper upkeep.
